You can cancel your Membership by following the steps mentioned below:
Login to your RealPars account
From the home page, click the drop-down menu “My Account” on the lower left part of the page and choose “Billing”.
On the next page, if your billing email and RealPars log-in are the same,
click “Manage your subscription”
But if you used a different email for your billing then you need to click “1. Used a different email for billing? Click here.” Enter that email address and click send to receive a link to your customer portal.
On the next page, you can change your subscription type from monthly to annual, update billing information, and cancel your subscription.
Important! If you do not receive a cancellation confirmation via email, your subscription is not yet canceled. Please email [email protected] when you haven't received a confirmation email.
