Refund:
If you have forgotten to cancel your Pro Membership and would like a refund, we strive to be as lenient as possible. You can request a refund within 5 days after the renewal date, with a 5% processing fee. After this period, no refunds will be processed. To initiate a refund, kindly contact our customer support team at [email protected] with your name, order number, and reason for the request.

Cancelation:
You may cancel your RealPars Pro Membership at any time; however, there are no partial or pro-rata refunds for cancellation. If you cancel your membership, the cancellation will be effective at the end of the current monthly or annual billing period; you will have continued access to your Pro Membership for the remainder of that period, but you will not receive a refund.
